Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.
Refund Processing
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
